Warranty for Model 77 & 77UV

Our standard Model 77 countertop units are guaranteed for life. Period. The warranty excludes only the filter cartridge, which is an expendable item. Cartridges, of course, are guaranteed against flaws in manufacturing or against shipping damage, but they cannot be guaranteed against premature failure due to clogging. If any other part fails, call or email and we’ll send a replacement. The unit is designed so that parts are very easy to replace.

Our Model 77UV countertop units carry the same lifetime guarantee as Model 77 for the standard filtration components (diverter valve, spout, tubing, tubing elbow, spout elbow, filter housing, etc.), but the warranty on electrical components is limited to one year.
