Our Candle-Style Countertop

This attractive, compact double filter uses “candle” or screw-in style cartridges. It’s a very handy size since it accommodates Doulton Ceramic Candles as well as our old standby MatriKX carbon block cartridges. The standard unit uses MatriKX KX-1s (high capacity chemical and chlorine removal) and MatriKX PB-1 (chemical, lead, and cyst removal). A great alternative is either of the standards with a Doulton Sterasyl or Super Sterasyl candle.
