Q Series Cartridges

At right is a Q Series encapsulated cartridge with its cap beside it. The cartridges screw easily into the cap. They are disposable units that are used, then discarded. All Q Series filters look alike except for decals and length. We stock only the 12" versions, but we’ll be glad to get 6", 8", or 10" models upon request. The unit in the picture is a 12". (When you order the cartridge, the cap is not included.)

These handy, easy to change units can be used as reverse osmosis pre- or post-filters, countertop filters, undersink units, or refrigerator filters.

We stock the GAC (granular carbon)—by far the most popular—and sediment grades, as well as specialty versions for deionization, lead removal, and scale reduction.

All Q series filters are interchangeable. All lengths fit the same cap size. Brackets are available for undersink mounting. For countertop use, they can stand on the cap (which, one would assume, is then called the base).
