This unit is much better than the usual “big box store” systems, which often have undersized tanks, faucets, and filters.

The advantage of buying from us is you have someone who can answer a question about the unit if you have one. We also stock all parts. (Need we mention that the Big Box Store doesn’t?) We also need the money a lot more than they do.

We honor the one-year manufacturer’s warranty and we stock every part in the unit. It’s all standard sized stuff, and we always have it on hand.

This is is a four-stage system that features two prefilters—a sediment filter and a 10-micron carbon block—plus a high-quality 50-gallon-per-day TFC reverse osmosis membrane, and an inline granular carbon post-filter.

Its got a chrome, long reach faucet, a high quality plastic storage tank, and everything you need to install it. It comes with the manufacturer’s one-year guarantee (which we will honor—that is, we’ll send you the parts if something goes wrong, so you won’t have to call the factory and wait three years for them to call back), and the manufacturer’s installation instructions.

The Economy Unit comes with a high quality C-Clamp saddle valve to obtain its inlet water supply. It is designed for installation to copper pipe. If your undersink cold water supply line (riser) is made of flexible tubing rather than copper, you’ll save time and grief by adding this EZ adapter for flexible tubing to your order. It consists of the adapter, above, an inline shutoff valve, and 1/4" tubing. Complete instructions included.

RC400 TDS Tester

Electronic TDS (total dissolved solids) tester that allows you to monitor membrane performance. This is a high quality hand-held tester that allows you to test your unit’s performance and your tap water for comparison. $33

FC999 ERO Filter Pack Package of the three filters for the Economy RO unit.
Filters should be replaced at least once a year. Package consists of a 5 micron sediment filter, a CTO-grade carbon block prefilter, and a granular carbon inline postfilter. (The membrane for this unit is a 50-GPD Filmtec and it is replaced less frequently. It is always available from the membrane section of our Cartridge Menu. We recommend that you wait until you need a new membrane before ordering.) $36
