Send Us a Water Sample

Pure Water Products tests water samples at no charge for the most basic water treatment issues. Our tests are for pH, iron, hardness, total alkalinity, TDS (total dissolved solids) and select other random items as applicable.

We do not test for bacteria or toxic contaminants like lead, arsenic, or hazardous chemicals. Such testing should always be done by a certified laboratory. Our tests are for the purpose of analyzing water for general water treatment only.

To send us a sample, please follow these simple instructions:

1. Take your sample from a location before the water has passed through any water filtration equipment. Let the water run for at lease two minutes to assure a fresh sample, then collect at least half a cup of water in a clean container. The container can be plastic, and it doesn’t have to be sanitized.
